Terrace of over 130 square meters, sea view, overhanging the garden, organized with sun beds, beach umbrella, breakfast table, barbecue.

Next to the terrace there is a passage with an external sink for washing fish, for example; immediately after the hot and cold outdoor shower to rinse off the sand when returning from the beach before entering the house.

The passage leads to the shaded patio in front of the entrance door, of about 25 m2, with table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners.

From the patio, an iron staircase leads to the terraced roof, the flat roof typical of these houses, from where you can admire the sea and all the greenery that surrounds the property.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

You will also find a welcome kit which includes water in the fridge; oil, vinegar and salt; kitchen paper; dish detergent; detergent and softener for the washing machine, as well as the normal supply of liquid soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms and, depending on the season, a nice basket of 0 km products (i.e. picked in my garden) such as figs, apricots, mulberries and pears.

I have also prepared a short guide for practical use of the house (wifi, separate waste collection, shops nearby, supermarkets for weekly shopping, local fruit and vegetables, restaurants and bars nearby).

We provide sheets and towels on request for a fee because many people prefer to bring their own linen.
